VFR had a high download rate with low conversion.
The Opportunity:
Once potential volunteers downloaded the app, VFR knew they were interested but needed a way to convert them to practicing volunteers. Their email journey was integral to motivating people to complete their first food rescue.
The Solution:
What makes people want to volunteer?
Being a part of something bigger than themselves and the want solve community problems drives people to help. We produced a video that shows volunteering with VFR is not only one of the easiest, and low-barrier ways to volunteer but also opens up a whole new community.
